PRIVACY POLICY- ERP Elite Limited (www.erpelite.com)

ERP Elite Limited ("ERP") is committed to protecting the privacy of clients in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. ERP has notified and is authorised by the Data Protection Commissioner to process personal data for the purposes of providing advisory and consultancy services in respect of the Recruitment process. ERP is registered on the Public Register of Data Controllers and all the information held on the register is available to the public for inspection. ERP collects, uses and disseminates the personal information provided to us by the data subject only in accordance with the ERP Data Protection Policy and the procedures outlined in this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy").

1. Definitions

Data - information which is being processed by equipment operating automatically in response to instructions given for that purpose, is recorded with the intention that it should be processed by means of such equipment, is recorded as part of a relevant filing system or with the intention that it should form part of a relevant filing system or forms part of an accessible record including but not limited to information contained in a CV.
Personal data - data which relates to a living individual who can be identified from those data, or from those data and other information which is in the possession of, or is likely to come into the possession of, ERP.
Privacy Policy- this is a policy by ERP which explains the ways that we use reasonable endeavours to protect our users' privacy.
Recruitment process - the process of gaining employment or engagement under a contract for services and advertising for and recruiting new staff and the ongoing administrative process involved once a user has gained employment or recruited new staff.
ERP - ERP Elite Limited and its subsidiary/associated companies.
Sensitive personal data - personal data consisting of information as to the racial or ethnic origin of the data subject, political opinions, religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health or condition, sexual life, the commission or alleged commission of any offence or any proceedings related to any offence.
Third Parties - any companies and people other than ERP and the group of companies of which it is part.
Users -

people who use ERP's website and register their details with us for the purposes of recruitment, either to gain employment or engagement under a contract for services for the purposes of advertising and recruiting new staff.

2. Personal Data

2.1 By inputting data into this website or using the services of ERP you accept this Privacy Policy and you consent to the use (including processing and storage), transfer and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy
2.2 ERP will use its best endeavours to process all personal data in accordance with the principles of good practice set out in Schedule One of The Data Protection Act 1998;
2.3 The Personal data that you provide via this website will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with the services you have requested or details of related services and to update ERP records so that its services can be improved.
2.4 Your Personal data will be retained for as long as the purpose for which the information was collected continues. It will then be destroyed unless its retention is required to satisfy legal or other requirements or to protect ERP's interests.
2.5 In certain situations there may be a requirement to collect and process personal data classed as "sensitive". ERP will only do so where it is necessary to ensure that we conform to legal requirements or duties and we have obtained your explicit consent. By requesting information or ordering services through this web site you consent to ERP collecting and processing any Personal data supplied by you.


3. Information Processing

3.1 Your details will not be disclosed by ERP to any external entity other than those individuals and entities listed below, unless you have given your permission to do so or we are under either a legal obligation or any other duty to do so:
" Potential Employers or Hirers (subject to your prior approval)
" Other Companies within the ERP Group
" External Advisers
" Any Third Party Service Providers or Agents acting on behalf of ERP or the ERP Group
3.2 In order to provide our services to you there may be a need to transfer your personal data to a country outside of the European Economic Area and by submitting your personal data to this website you agree that such actions are reasonable. ERP shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure adequate data protection measures are in force in the relevant country in such circumstances.
3.3 Once you have submitted your CV or details to ERP, it will be stored on ERP's internal manual and computer system. Access to the ERP computer system is password protected and all computerised personal data files are protected by a regular backup system.
3.4 ERP may add to the information obtained from your order or request with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information that will be added to the record about you on ERP's internal manual or computer system will be information that is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the processing of your order or request or assisting your case.
3.5 ERP will enter extracts of the information contained in your CV to create a record about you on our internal computer system. ERP may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information that will be added to the record about you on ERP's internal computer system will be information, which is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process.
3.6 In order that ERP can maintain an accurate and up to date record of your personal data it is requested that you keep ERP informed of any changes; you may submit updates via the contact details below
3.7 ERP will not send your CV to organisations with vacancies for which you may be appropriate without your express consent. However, ERP may send a profile of your skills and experience to select organisations. The profile would be created from your CV and other written or verbal information you have provided, but would not have any identifying information about you such as your name, contact details or the names of your previous employers. ERP understands that if you have a particularly rare skill, it may be possible to identify you even without the identifying information mentioned above. If you do not want ERP to send profiles out to prospective employers, please contact the Data Controller.
3.8 By submitting your CV or any other information to ERP you warrant that all information contained in the CV is comprehensive and accurate at the time of submitting the CV to ERP.
3.9 Despite our best efforts, unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
   

4. Hyperlinks to External Websites

4.1 ERP may provide Hyperlinks to other websites. If you use these Hyperlinks then you will be leaving this website and your access and use of those websites will not be governed by the Policy. It is your responsibility to check those websites and find out for yourself how Personal data collected when you use those websites, is treated.

5. Cookies

5.1 When you first visit the website and enter your name details, we may send you a cookie. A cookie is a small file that may be placed on your computer's hard disk for record keeping purposes. It helps us to recognise you when you visit the website and make use of the service so that the information and content of the service can be tailored to your needs. We may also use cookies for the compilation of certain statistics relating to the use of the service which do not identify you personally. Such information may include the number of visits, average time spent, number of candidates successfully placed and other statistics relating to the service. Where we do compile such statistics, we may aggregate these statistics for onward transmission to third parties. These statistics will not include any information by which you will be directly identifiable. You may set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. (However, if you decline to accept a cookie, some web pages may not function properly or you may not be permitted to access certain information in relation to the service or to conduct any on-line transactions.)

6. Statistical information

6.1 Whether you are a registered user or not, our Internet server collects certain information such as:
(a) IP addresses;
(b) host names;
(c) domain name;
(d) the time and date information is requested;
(e) the browser version and platform when information is requested;
(f) a record of which pages have been requested.
6.2 ERP may use this information to produce aggregate visitor statistics in relation to which pages are being accessed. We may also use it to monitor usage patterns on this website in order to improve navigation and design features to help you get information more easily. This information is collated and provided to us as daily log files. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

7. Amendments

7.1 ERP reserves the right to amend its prevailing Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy and you should visit this page periodically to ensure you have the latest information. This ERP Privacy Policy is not intended to, nor does it create any contractual rights whatsoever or any other legal rights, nor does it create any obligations on us in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.

8.2 You agree that you do not and will not consider that being contacted in this way will breach any of your statutory rights and if you do not want to be contacted by these methods (telephone, facsimile number, email address or other contact details) please let us know (see 'Contact' below).
